Moving can be so stressful. With all of the items you have probably had in the same place for a long time being suddenly all over the place – some in your new home, some in your current home, some in your self storage unit. Choosing a new home is dependent on so many factors such as area, location within that area, type of property, property condition, local demand and, of course, cost. Some of these factors are outside your control – most of us have a rental budget that we have to stick to – and often our choice of area is governed by other factors such as wanting to be close to friends and family or needing to be near our workplace.
